Here is a little video I put together for the new fish ladder here in RI. Herring run. Would be nice to get some bigger fish out of the ocean and up the river to fish.

Blackstone open for business.
Fished the the Blacstone River this weekend. The water level is below 600 cfs so it make it easier to wade. Little tan caddis were hatching every where, but know luck on nymphing and no surface action. So moved to a sinking tip with a silver streamer and caught 3 bows.
